Love this app and service!!

Best thing ever! What a huge time saver to order groceries through the app and then have someone shop and deliver them to the door! Wow! Thank you! Would LOVE Target and WalMart to be added as well!

This is amazing an service , not sure how I lived without it. The app no longer allows my iPhone to zoom in to read the product. And I wish I could get my favorite shopper every time

This is such a great service!!! My shopper texted me while shopping to tell me the strawberries looked overripe and saved me that money. Everything arrived perfectly...frozen ice cream still frozen although it was 100 degrees outside....prompt, so friendly ....just wish they put the groceries away...

Best thing since sliced bread!

This service is incredible! Ive used the app over a dozen times, and have only gotten thorough and friendly shoppers! The Shipt customer service has also exceeded my expectations! My only complaint regarding the app is that the pictures of the items youre ordering dont allow you to read the nutrition label or ingredients. As that has become a positive trend, Im hopeful and sure it will be remedied soon. Other than that, Ive told everyone to jump on the Shipt band wagon!!!

Still trying to cancel membership

The app itself is ok - mo majors issues but the service in my experience just wasnt good. Multiple times I had items missing or wrong. The drivers were usually late (they give a big window and were still arriving long after) and Ive been trying to cancel my membership for two months. Every time Im told its canceled, I get billed again the next month (3 times now). Wish another service would open in my area!

Love the service, app is glitchy

I absolutely love the service Shipt provides and I use it often. The app could use some improvements. 9 times out of 10, my "Buy Again," items/page freezes after showing only approximately 10 items. Then you get the little spinning wheel and "loading," but it never loads the rest of the items. This has happened in the regular search area as well, but not as often. The + and - signs are so sensitive that Ive accidentally added an item to my cart many times while just scrolling down the page. Sometimes I dont catch the error and end up with product I dont want or need. Last, but definitely not least, the product list is incomplete and inaccurate.... it shows items that are unavailable, and doesnt show anywhere near all the items that are available. I would suggest collaborating with the stores you shop from. I know my store in particular allows you to create a shopping list on their app which tells you the aisle in which the product is located, and their inventory is extremely accurate. If the Shipt app makes these improvements, Ill happily revise to 5 stars.

Life saver

When I had pneumonia, and I was stuck at home, these guys saved me by delivering groceries. Fast, Simple and Friendly.

An amazing app!

Shipt is awesome for some many reasons. First, the app is fairly easy to use and the whole sign up process is quick. The shoppers I have had are all amazing and pay attention to the little details of my orders! I love the texts during order fulfillment to let me know if the store is out of something. You really cant get that kind of service with other delivery apps. I

Amazing service and great drivers

I signed up for my yearly membership the day it became available back in November 2015, best membership Ive ever paid for, my wife and I get a delivery every single week since last year Ive had at least 20 different drivers and theyre all fantastic! I have already recommended this to my entire family and neighbors.

Saves time and no impulse purchases!

Great service! I use it in a weekly basis and love it. My Shipt shoppers have all been courteous and professional. I was worried at first about ordering meat and produce but they do a great job of selecting exactly what you want, just leave a note about the item in the app! Easy, and there is the extra advantage of knowing how much you are spending before you place your order.

EZ and affordable

After a foot injury, I wasnt released by Dr to drive and this was a lifesaver! EZ app, place for special instructions, driver communicates when theyre on their way, and youre able to tip online after delivery. A picture of your shopper comes up, they wear a logo shirt, and groceries brought in for delivery. Its sooo worth it, especially for last minute needs, you know Shipt has you covered!

Great idea poorly executed

App has had a few updates, but no improvements. Some of the listed items are not sold in Publix, which is where SHIPT shops in my area. Much of the pricing is incorrect, which causes numerous emails or phone calls, back and forth, to correct. (*) I just searched "baking soda." For 8 oz, its $1.09. For 16 oz, its $1.09. Yep, same product and picture. SHOULD BE SORTED FOR REVIEW: When creating a shopping list, items are added out of order, not grouped or separated by types. For instance, eggs will be the first item, cheese in the middle, and milk is last. This causes problems for the shoppers. I dont understand the final order of the shopping list, and its not even by aisle. ... Nonsensical. SHIPT boasts that they include sale and BOGO items. Yes, but only about half of these items are listed. Too many careless errors. If Coke is on sale Buy 2 Get 1 Free, and you request 3, you will pay for 3. SHIPT WAS A GODSEND FOR MONTHS, THEN ... I finally gave up on Shipt service after so many different shoppers picked wrong items (brand, size, or type like nonfat, no sugar, etc), missing items (who forgets bread?), snotty attitudes (not all but most), poor communication, lateness, and DELIRIOUSLY HAPPY customer service reps with new customers, then non-emotional reps who later begin taking 3-5 days to resolve issues. The mark up on some items are more than 20%, and they encourage customers to tip, tip, tip. Im not rich. The membership is $99/year, mark up ranges from 10 to 20% (which is acceptable), and shoppers expect $5 tip per $35 spent---if you order $100, they will expect up to $15 in tips. Ridiculous. I cancelled my membership because it became a hassle reaching customer service for problems with 80% of orders. Maybe the service is different in other areas, but certainly not mine. I live in a neighborhood which is 8-10 minutes away from grocery store. Lastly, on Facebook, the customers and the Shipt shoppers can publicly comment, which, in my opinion, is an intimidating conflict. I agree with other reviews that the companys employees should stick to the employee-only designated platforms for conversing and patting themselves on the back. Some even complain about the amount of tipping. Oh, someone really should tap those two guys on the shoulders (see videos) and let them know they are not on movie stars.

Needs a scanner!!!

I love love love this service. I have used it only once and am already hooked. However, it would be nice if the app let you create lists without adding stuff to your cart. Multiple list options would be good so that you could make lists for recipes. This way you can plan your menu for the week and have the ingredients for each meal in its own list.

Convenience

I just love this service. I get exactly what I ordered, I dont have to battle the crowds in the supermarket and I can stay in my PJs if I want.

Shady & NOT Shipt

I was sick at home and needed groceries for the morning. I download the app and spend 30 minutes putting groceries in my cart, it says if you spend $35 you get a free delivery! So I go to check out and it wants me to sign up for a $14 a month membership to continue with tonights order. I reluctantly decide OK I really dont feel like going to the store, and I could cancel after a month. I put in my credit card information and it charges me the $14, to then let me know that there are no drivers available tonight in my area!!!???? I called customer service and complain to the guy on the phone and apologize that I know its not his fault, but this is just this shadiest company Ive ever tried to use. That Information meet needs to be upfront before somebody spends time and money and still wont get a delivery when they need it.

If you havent tried Shipt yet, I just one thing to say.... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? Its amazing! The app makes it so convenient to shop right from your house! I love this service!
