I absolutely love this app and service. There is nothing more satisfying then coming home to groceries being delivered after a long day of work and then running kids around after school. Its a busy moms dream come true and so easy to use.

I really like the app. I just wish I could use the search menu more efficiently. Id like to just search from the main menu versus having to search for categories. There are a lot of organic foods that are missing in the menus please add those.

Does not work very well with voiceover. You cannot scroll through the pages you can only see whats on one page, the first page I reported this to Shipt and all those some aspects of the app have improved this has not improved one bit this is very important as I am blind and cannot otherwise use the app it is usable if you know exactly what you want and put it in the search field

We love Shipt! First of all, having our weekly groceries delivered to our door step is a huge help to our busy family. The app is easy to use and weve yet to have a bad experience after three months of using the service.

Took some getting used to, but now my wife and I have a shared grocery list and can having everything on that list at the front door when we want.

Shipt has made my life so much simpler! I can order my groceries while Im at lunch and have them delivered as soon as I get home. This is such a time saver. Their shoppers are so sweet!

Convenient, easy to use, and great customer service. I use it to send food to my parents who can no longer drive 600 miles away. They love it and so do. It gives them independence and me peace of mind.

I would give this SERVICE 10 stars! I love the delivery service and ease of picking things up at the store. However ordering from the app needs a little work. It takes forever to upload. Aside from that I really love the buy it again and previous used options. Great service with a good app!

App is simple and easy to use and has all of the same function as the website.

Love the service. Wish the app were as top notch. The main issue is the app is not fully “stocked” with items that are in the store and when you have to request an item that should be in the app it costs more. Also, some of the items are difficult to tell they are a variation, for instance I ended up with Chocolate Frosted Flakes when I thought I was ordering Frosted Flakes that were on sale. Otherwise, the app serves the purpose and I plan to continue using it because I love the service. It would great if there were a way to use the Shipt service from an online “app”.

I love these guys. The App is easy to use. It saves your past orders making repeat orders easy and fast. Try it - you will save so much time not hassling with grocery shopping and going through check out lines.

I absolutely love this service. I use it for both my weekly grocery shopping and last minute needs. Since its online you can take your time researching what you want; the shoppers are concerned about doing a great job, with kindness and accuracy as their top goals; and it definitely cuts out spur of the moment items.

I absolutely ADORE having this service in my area! It is easy to shop via this app with zero difficulty. Love it!
