I LOVE Shipt! It has given me back several hours that I used to loose every Sunday doing our weekly grocery shopping. I can now use those 2 hours doing other things or just taking a nap! I recommend Shipt to everyone!!

The only thing we would change about this service is the ability to use BOGO 2 different varieties of the same brand on sale for buy one get one free. Having to get two of the same that you do not have to do in the store is frustrating

Schipt is a wonderful service. Their employees are superb, take care choosing products & communicate with the customer during their time at the store. The app allows one to choose from many products including products on sale. One is easily able to add items not specifically listed, & it is very easy to specify requests for any product. For example, one can say I want a very green, hard avocado. Contacting customer service through the app is quite easy.

The app is great, and the service is wonderful. I hurt my back and couldnt go to the grocery. I got everything as if I was at the store thanks to Shipt!

We used this service when we were in Orlando for 5 days this month. Got to our hotel at 6:00pm, used the app to pick out our groceries and we had the groceries delivered by 8:00pm!! The person who shopped for us and delivered our groceries was very very nice. There were a few items (we ordered) that the store didnt have but we were immediately texted by the shopper to let us know and to ask if we wanted her to substitute the items. After using shipt we will never use anyone else when we are in Orlando. Their delivery charges were very reasonable and the service was great! After sitting on a plane for 6+ hours, dealing with crowded airports and then finally getting checked into your hotel, who wants to go grocery shopping? Not us! And we never will again!

This is a great service but the product selection is not extensive. Half the items I need I cant find. Shouldnt all Publix-branded products be listed? They are currently not. (i.e. Publix mini semi sweet chocolate chips not listed) Please update database of products. Other than that, a very convenient service for sure!

I hope with the amount of sales you made over the holidays you are dumping it back into the app, this is borderline embarrassing.

I really love using the Shipt service, but the selection of items in the app leaves something to be desired. They dont have some of the things that I regularly purchase at my Publix. Also, one big update I would like to see is for the app to allow you to purchase 1/4 lb of sliced deli meat. Currently, the lowest denomination is 1/2 lb and we just dont use that much lunch meat at one time. I tried asking for 1/4 lb in the comments for that item, but I was still charged for 1/2 lb even though the shopper purchased 1/4 lb as I requested. Shipt refunded me the difference, but buying lunch meat is impossible for me through this service because I cant get the amount I want. The BOGOs are another issue. When you select an item that is on BOGO (like cereal, for instance), it adds two of the same item to your cart. Which, is great if you want the same two flavors. There should be a way to select different flavors or varieties of the items on BOGO (bagged salads are another example). I currently write a comment asking for the other item I want, but that seems tedious. Overall, it is a great experience and I am hoping that the app improves over time. Hoping to see some of my suggestions in future updates!

They keep it hidden from you that they mark up everything from Publix about 20%. You cant see receipts or anything. Which would be fine, but they also dont pay the drivers well, so you have to tip them. It increases the cost of groceries about 40%.

Ive ordered 3 times from the app and all 3 times, I have received between 5-6 text messages explaining that the Publix my shopper is in doesnt carry the item I ordered. While I appreciate my shopper not making any assumptions, the constant texting during the time they are shopping is cumbersome. Whats worse is the inconsistency between the app and the store. The products should match. If the store is out of a product thats one thing, but theres several items each time that Ive selected that the Publix doesnt even carry. I had such high hopes. I will make sure to only use my 2 week trial subscription.

The service itself is great, but the app crashes after every search sometimes, and now it crashes when I try to make a special request. Its been like this for multiple versions, I have no idea why they cant fix it

What a horrible job to have; insufficient funds. Dont use the same person to shop for you time and time again. Help the world revolve.
